We are having the issue that some of our screens are not playing scheduled layouts at their set times.
We have multiple screens and it seems to be not happening to one device but at random.
The way the issue is resolved is to open the layout that is scheduled and the screen instantly updates to what should be playing…
What would be the cause of this?
