Schedule Log at Xibo CMS

Hi,

We have some issue regarding to Recent Log at Display Menu,
First, we plug some Android device and join to our xibo cms,
and then we create several layout, after that we manage those layout into campaigns.
After the campaign ready, we manage a schedule to run the campaign for our android device

At android status we got schedule status like below
All layouts(* = not scheduled): 121, 84, 85, 84, 84*(Default)

But at Recent Log at Display Menu(Xibo CMS), we got only like below:
The Schedule has not been downloaded yet.

We cannot monitoring which layout have been schedule to each androide device we have.

So what we have to fix to resolve this issue ?

So it looks ok to me, your device just needs some time to download all the new/updated content and then it should be fine.

Well you schedule events (layouts / campaigns) to either specific display or display groups, so you should know what’s scheduled to play on which display.
Also on the schedule page you can check scheduled events and see what did you schedule in them.

Furthermore, you can check statistics page for proof of play, you can request screenshot from your display.
You can get the scheduled layouts on the status window of your device.

We already know which events (layouts / campaigns) have been played on each display, if we based on from android status.
but we don’t know which events (layouts / campaigns) have been played ONLY based on Recent Log at Display Menu(Xibo CMS), without knowing schedule status at status information from android box.

We need to gather the layout information (as display report) have been played for each display ONLY from Xibo CMS

So how we can get those information based only to Xibo CMS, without must knowing any xibo status at android device?

Statistics page, proof of play.

Also make sure in Display settings -> edit display profile assigned to your device
that ‘Enable stats reporting?’ is enabled.

So now, each collection interval player should send proof of play statistics to CMS.

You can go to Statistics page in CMS and see what’s displayed and where.
Filter it by date/display/media

You can also export those statistics on that page.
