Hi all , im having a bit of an issue here, i have been testing layouts and that on a new test setup and all has been going fairly well with only a few minor issues but now im having a issue where sometimes on the client all of the regions except from a powerpoint and a picture just show up as a white area .
What CMS/player version are you using please?
Do you use background image? If so in which format is it? (should be .jpg for windows clients)

If that does not help, you might need to export your layout for us to try.
under library location in the cms i have C:\xibofiles\ which from what i can see seems right .how can I get the layout to you, tried attaching it to this but zip files are not allowed.
@Peter Did you guys ever resolve this? We designed a layout for a fundraiser this weekend that has a countdown, and this error has suddenly appeared hundreds of times since that layout was deployed. I’m assuming that this relates to the fact that every few times the layout loads, it does not display the region containing the countdown. My guess would be a race condition between the loading of the script and the DOM.
