We would recommend using a Player version that matches your CMS version. The latest releases can be found at the Downloads section of our website with v3 R305 and v2 R258 being the latest releases.
If you are experiencing issues with either of these latest releases then please do provide further information so we can look into that for you.
Thanks for the reply. I am getting the same error when installing both R305 and R258 (or R302). And I don’t know the version of CMS I am using because I use "Xibo in the Cloud. THe message I get is :
