I would like to know if I buy Xibo white label for CMS could I also change the theme (color, the item name and the position of the crossbar)? If so, should I pay something in addition to £ 210?
If no, is there a way to do it?

We can usually make some additional changes to the theme on a paid-for development basis, depending on exactly what they are.
In the interests of balance, you could also contact any web developer to make those same changes if you so chose.
