Purchse upgrades?

I have 7 displays with version 2
I paid 5 updates and the panel is asking me to pay 6 more license updates. I’m lost I don’t understand, I appreciate if someone can help me. att pedro.

my tickets that I open about this question also don’t appear on the xibo panel.
