I’m having trouble trying to use proof of play reporting. I’ve followed all the steps in the knowledge base but I’m still getting nothing. No data at all from the player. I wish there was a step by step guide into using it.
Have you ticked to Enable Stats reporting and set the Aggregation level on the display profile?
Also please be aware that Players will aggregate ‘completed records’ only and so if you say had a Widget with a 6 hour duration, the stat would only be recorded once it had expired.
