Problem to install Xibo 2.0 in HITACHI SmartTV

I have been trying to find out what operating system is running on that model and found an article that suggested that the it is running webOS. Is that correct? If it is running webOS then this model is not unfortunately not supported. If it is not running webOS, please confirm what operating system the display uses.

Can you also confirm what what problem you are experiencing when you try to install the Xibo player and also what version of the Xibo Player you are trying to install.
