i edited the default layout, assigned a video to it but i doesn’t show up in the preview…?
i made a short video to show my steps, what am i doing wrong?

It’s an mp4 h264 (big buck bunny), which is played well in my browser…

What CMS version are you using please?
Layout Preview uses the browsers built in video playback support (HTML5 video). The Player uses WMP.
Layout Preview is shown over the network. Player playback is downloaded to a local library and shown on the local disk.
Assuming you have ‘Preview enabled’ in ‘Video’ row on Modules page in your CMS, h264 video should be displayed in the browser. What browser are you using please? Did you try to schedule it on your player?
i’m using 1.7.8, after you wrote „what browser are you using“ i switched from Safari to Chrome and…: IT WORKS!
Don’t know why it doesn’t work in Safari… but anyway THANKS!
