PowerPoint Not Autoplaying

Issue

PowerPoints are no longer autoplaying, it will reach the first slide but do nothing. I have opened the slides in IE and PowerPoint and they autoplay there. Is there a fix other than exporting to video? They’re updated frequently by non-technical folks and I’d prefer to keep the system the same for them.

The best and most reliable solution to your problem is to export the power point to a video.
