Issue : I recently migrated my Xibo CMS from Xibo Cloud to an On-Premise Docker installation (Rocky Linux). Since the migration, I have been experiencing a recurring issue with the Microsoft Power BI Dashboard integration.
The connection drops every 3-5 days. To resolve it, I have to manually go to the credentials page, check the “Check to remove” box, save, and then re-authenticate the Microsoft account. Once done, the dashboard works perfectly but disconnects again after a few days, creating a continuous loop.
It seems like the API refresh token is failing to renew automatically in the background. Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue? Are there any specific XTR (background tasks) or server configurations (like NTP or firewall rules for Microsoft endpoints) I need to verify for On-Premise installations to keep the token alive?
