What server environment are you using please?

The fileinfo.dll should come with your php installation, then all you need to do is open correct php.ini and make sure it’s not commented out, as per the instructions provided in the FAQ article linked by Alex - [How do I enable FileInfo in PHP](https://community.xibo.org.uk/t/how-do-i-enable-fileinfo-in-php/78)
