Please help as no videos is displaying!

I am since 16 hours on “Downloading new files” for 2 displays

i got error saying :

can you please help me this morning i need to fix this asap …it was working well until i ask the display to load a new file thats all i did…

First try removing that file. It could be that it has a problem. Then restart the xibo client. If you have another client, I would suggest adding that file to that client and see what happens.

This could also be a date/time problem. If this is on Android and the unit was restarted then Xibo ran before the Android Client could connect to the internet and set its date and time. To test this exit the Xibo client completely then reopen. Let it communicate with the Xibo server again and the problem should go away.
