# Player is contacting CMS server only once per hour. Collect Interval not working

We have two players, which contact our CMS server every hour even though we have individually set Collect interval to 5 minutes.
We are getting the following message to log:
Method: XFA:DisplayManager. Message:
HeartBeatEvent: We have missed our schedule
check, start one manually. Next update set for: 2023-05-10 11:33:09
What could be the problem? We’d like to have these displays contact the CMS more often.
