I don’t know how you’d do that on Synology. Likely you’d have to compile it and the appropriate PHP extentions on another machine (cross compiled for Synolgy’s CPU type). That won’t be trivial to do.
If the camera outputs an HLS stream, then all Players can show that. If it outputs an RTSP stream, then Android and webOS Players can show that.
If its HLS, use the HLS widget. If it’s RTSP, use the LocalVideo widget.
thanks for your repley, i found i need HSL but i am running on windows 7 and i cant do that on higher version because my company only uses windows 7. is there anyway i can play the stream on windows 7? the HSL is a local host of the ip camera right?

HLS is HTTP live streaming. The camera would need to support it, and you’re right you’d also need Windows 8.1 or later to display it. It’s not possible to show it on earlier versions of Windows.

I think you’ll have a much easier time trying to install on a supported platform, but it is of course your choice.
