I’ve instal the new Xibo Docker 1.8.3 - very nice!
Has some one test the Module “Video In” ?
At first, is it right, that this module can select an local Input like HDMI at the CMS Server und stream this local Input to the Xibo Clients in the network? Or did I understand it wrong? Could someone Explain it, how to use it? I’ve try it by my self but i only get this Error in the Layout as Preview.

Video In module indeed can show input from external source on the layout, but it is compatible only with the webOS player, as stated o the form:
For obvious reasons it does not have a preview option, it should not show that error though, when exactly did you get that message? After clicking on the preview layout button?
sorry, maybe i’ve explain it wrong, i didn’t see the error after click at the Layout Preview. This Error is shwon aber Save the region. Look at the picture.
the preview option is set in the options.
what’s about the webos player? and what is it, could you explain it?

As for the error, I wonder if that’s just browser cache, could you please try to clear it?
shift+F5 reload should suffice.
I understand, looks nice.
Now, maybe we have to change our TV’s from Samsung to LG.
I’ve clear the cache but there is the same error.
Are your CMS available over the internet? If so I can have a quick look if you want to share the login credentials with me over private message, as I can’t recreate it locally on 1.8.3, I’d need to see the problem first hand.
