New client not appearing in displays list

I’m setting up a third batch of signage players on Windows and with these when I install Xibo it will happily save the data to the CMS (ie can happily see the service) but the display won’t appear on the system. The client just sits on the splash screen.
Any suggestions?

Check the MAC address of the device against other devices you have registered already. I added one player last week that had the same hardware key in the Xiboclient.config.xml file as another player. Modified the hardware key so it was different and tried again and my new client showed up correctly in the CMS.
