We have now 8 CPU’s, 4GB de RAM and SSD disks. I can observe that table requiredfile has 39k rows. Does this table can be empty every day? Stats and logs are empty!

Have you upgraded to 1.8.9 yet?

Not yet. I am using 1.8.5

I would suggest upgrading as the next step then.
