Multi player embedded issue

I Xibo team,
During deployment display in my company, on 1 site i install 2 player on one windows player (2 display). When i launch xibo screen two, player one stop to display embedded content. If i close Xibo screen two, it work. I’ve test on other HW and i’ve same issue.
I share screen and log. Do you have an idea?

Sorry to hear about the issue where, when you are trying to open your Xibo Windows Player 2 while Xibo for Windows Player 1 is currently running, for some reason, your Xibo Windows Player 1 stops working with the error below.

Have you already checked and followed this guide for Multi Install—Windows Player? If so, and you are still getting the same issue. I’d love to replicate it for you.

Could you please share the needed information below?

  • Has the multi-install Windows player worked with your embedded content in your current environment before and just suddenly stopped, or is this the first time you are setting it up?
  • What version of CMS are you using?
  • What version of the Xibo for Windows player are you using?
  • Does the error you’ve provided show when your Xibo for Windows Player 1 stops working?
  • What is the make and model of the PC/laptop where you’ve installed the Xibo for Windows?

Also, with your permission, I can test the layout you are trying to show on both your player 1 and player 2. If it’s okay with you, you can direct message me the exported copy of the layout for testing, and I will try to replicate the issue on my end. To direct message me, simply click my profile picture, then click on ‘Message’. This way, I can privately see your layout and download it on my end.
