Media list view is empty

Hi,
I upgraded my xibo to 2.2.2 yesterday. Docker version on Ubuntu 16.04.6.
Everything’s fine except the media list, which is empty but there’s paging.
In the log, there’s this error.

If I try to add new media, it also does not appear in the list.
I really need your help. Thank you in advance.

I tried to replace an image by going through the layout but the system tells me that I already have a media with this name and I have to rename it. We did this action every day before the upgrade.

Firstly could you check to ensure that you don’t have anything in your filter fields and confirm that they are all at their defaults?

Run through the Report Fault, what is logged either side of that error? CMS error log

Could I ask that you set the CMS to Test mode and then run fault report again to give us more of an insight.
