Media files changing 0 KB

Hello Everyone,
I am running Xibo 1.76 on a Windows 10 Pro machine with the player on the same machine. Something is happening to the media files I upload to the media folder. They play initially, but after awhile they show up as 0 KB, and there is nothing contained in the file. It seems the content of the file: picture or video is gone, with only the name of the file remaining. Has anybody seen this? I store the media files in a folder under Public Documents. Thanks for any suggestions you might have.

Is it by any chance possible that your CMS library and your client library are pointing to the same location?
If that’s the case, please change that, cms library and client library must be separate.

The player settings were pointing to the same directory. I changed it. Thank you very much for your suggestion! Hope it works. I really like the software. I am trying to see if I can use it to replace an old Carousel appliance to save our school district a significant expense.
