# M3U8 on the PC Client

Hi,

A M3U8 link plays perfectly on the android client but not on the windows client.  
Any idea how I can solve this?

It’s quite possible that Windows Media player can’t open it correctly.

it can open m3u but perhaps there are some issues with m3u8
