We have a self-hosted setup, but all of our TVs are showing an error message indicating that the license is not active on the displays. I will send you photos showing the error from the TV’s administration section, as well as an image showing that all the TVs are displaying the same issue.
This problem started about a week ago, and we’re not sure why. Currently, we are unable to update or change the content shown on the TVs.
Sorry to hear about the issue. If you have purchased a commercial license for any of our commercial players (Android, webOS, Tizen or ChromeOS) you can log a support ticket from here > Xibo Signage Help Desk and we will help you with fixing the licensing issue you are having with your players.
In case you are still having the same licensing issue for any of your commercial Xibo players, please open a support ticket and we will assist you from there. Just a heads up though, we can provide support for your commercial players; however, for self-hosted CMS issues, it will need to go here in our Xibo Community for support.
