Running Xibo 2.0.3 for Docker on Windows 7.
When viewing the layouts on the server, I have 7 layouts.
When I play the slides on the player, they play as the following order (as listed on the server):
Layout 1
Layout 6
Layout 3
Layout 7
Layout 4
Layout 2
Layout 5
Sort order isn’t listed anywhere on the columns to let me know which layout is going to play in which order.
How do I display this order? Thanks…
Just so I am clear, are you asking how you would define the play order of multiple Layouts that have been scheduled at the same time to a Player?
Correct, when viewing all the layouts from the dashboard, there’s nothing listed to show the sort order or play order of the layouts.
The only sort-able column headers are: ID, Name, Status, Description, Duration, Thumbnail, Owner, Permissions, Valid?, Created, and Modified.
The order at which the layouts plays seems random. I sorted the layout by created date and the way the layouts played in the player didn’t match; so I’m not sure how they’re being played.
Adding a play/sort order to the list would be beneficial.

The Layouts grid shows you all the Layouts that you have permission for with scheduling a completely different thing. You could in fact have multiple schedules on multiple displays for just the one Layout so a sortable column with a play order would be unworkable here.
Instead the idea is that you control the play order of Layouts which you could do by using Campaigns. You could create a Campaign and then add your Layouts in the order that you wish them to play.
You could also determine the Display Order in which your Layouts or Campaigns should play in rotation when scheduled at the same time as other Layouts and Campaigns.
Also if you use the Agenda View moving the slider across the day will give you a clearer picture of what Layouts will play and when.
