I am pulling data with the service using some Embedded feature using JavaScript and I am using it somewhere in the design, but the design time comes as 01:00 minutes by default, I want to keep the design time shorter and I want it to be reloaded every 00:20 seconds.

By default, when you create a layout and put an ‘Embedded Widget’, the widget default duration is set automatically to 60seconds or 1minute. Please note that the layout duration follows which ever widget or element in your layout which has the longest duration. In your instance, you might have just the Embedded widget in your layout which has a default durationof 60seconds or 1minute. If you’d want the duration to be something else, the best route is to create a ‘Template’ layout, set its ‘Embedded’ widget to have a duration of whatever you’d prefer for its duration. To do so, go to CMS > Templates then create your template layout.
To adjust or set the duration, in the CMS Layout Editor, click your element or widget to select it, go to the ‘Advanced’ tab and tick the ‘Set a duration?’ option. Finally put in your preferred duration in seconds in to the ‘Duration’ field.
When you have your template edited and completed with your preferences configured on it, then in the CMS > Layouts > Layout Editor, scroll to ‘Templates’ drawer and you should be able to drag and drop the template you’ve created to your canvas.
