Internal Error 500

Hi Since I’m back to office I see that I can display dashboard :
After login on CMS : /dashboard/status report :

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

I’m running CMS version : Version 1.8.11 on Windows 2016 Server + IIS

Memory and CPU usage seem good

After more investigation it’s look that in fact it’s only the status Dashboard that have the the 500 error, if i change user profile to icon dashboard it’s works. any idea?
