Interaction Not Working

We are using “add action” on a region to go to a different layout.
In the preview, it works fine.
On the player, the interactive regions do not work.

We have tried to make the regions different layers: 0, 1, and higher.
Using Xibo 3.1.4
Have the “action” on the region, not on the image we loaded into the region.

Will have 6 regions that we want to do this with (basically creating “buttons”).

Anything we are doing wrong?

Hi could I first confirm that the Windows player you are using is Xibo for Windows R3 R300 or later?
