My import menu not available in xibo cms 2.3.3. I do not know the reason. “Allow import” in the settings does not work, regardless of whether the checkbox is checked or not. Even if you click on export, it writes “configuration problem database dump failed” I have Windows Server 2012 r2 installed. Version Php 7.2, MySql Server 8.0.

MySQL 8 isn’t supported so you may well have issues in that regard.
If you need to import a database you should do it directly with MySQL. We don’t recommend using the Export/Import buttons and they will likely be removed.
