yes, i already checked the documents and i couldn’t solve them. there is no easier document with the procedure step by step
Is this a docker or non docker set up? Could you provide screenshots to show how you have configured the service?
Check to make sure you have opened the appropriate port for XMR for incoming traffic to the CMS (9505 by default). Also make sure that the time and date settings are correct on the Player and CMS (to within 30 seconds).
