How to upgade XIBO CMS Version 2.0.0 to latest v2.2.2

Hello ,

I want to upgrade my current XIBO CMS Version 2.0.0 to latest v2.2.2, please share me the detail steps of it, how i will do it.

Server Detail:-
Native Operation System: Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS
Docker Version: 18.03.1-ce
XIBO CMS: Version 2.0.0
