how to configuration can display layout included (clock and weather) with 3 different country, such as: thailan, england and USA

Each Clock item can have a specific offset

Please keep in mind it’s in minutes.

Each forecast item can use either display location (if specified) or specific Latitude / Longitude.

So, yes you can have forecast and clock displays different country specific information on one layout.
