I’m new in this community and I should offer a Xibo-Layout which shows a website. OK, this works but I ever got the message inside that I accept the cookies.
Was there any way to hide this message, perhaps with a special link insert ?

It would be down to the website in question to provide you with a means to do that. Xibo just opens a web browser and points it at the website. It can’t tell the website to not show certain elements etc.
If the website were built in such a way that you could pass in a flag as part of the URL query string that prevented the popup being shown, then certainly you could add that to the URL Xibo is told to show, but it would depend on the site having that ability.
