How to see existing campaigns on displays

Using CMS: 1.8.8

Hi Guys.
I have a problem.

Every time i schedule a campaign or layout to a device, i cant seem to make it reflect strait away, or sometimes at all.

I currently use a Tablet with a licenced copy of xibo on it to check the layouts, When i am between groups of screens, i swap the tablet to a different display group.
Once i am ready to test, i hit schedule now and select the display group as as well as the display it self. Then nothing - no changes.

I have set the collect time to 1 min.
On the display i reconnect to the CMS.
I haven’t managed to get the “collect now” command to work as yet.

So my questions are:

  1. Am i doing something wrong?
  2. Can i get a view of the current campaigns / layouts being display on displays or display groups?

We’d need to see a screenshot of the status window on the player to see what could be wrong.

What player version are you using please?

Yes, you can see that on the Schedule page, you can select your display/display Group and see all the events scheduled to it.
The Agenda view should also clarify what the player will play and when.

Thanks for the response. I think i understand why the problem was occuring.
I have another post about having Invalid layouts on this forum.

I have found that the changes where not reflected mainly when there was an invalid layout. Now I have them fixed, everything seems fine - Except the Default layout (but not much of a problem).
