How to generate Token through Key & Secret of Application to Call APIs through .Net Application

I want to call API through my .Net Application. I have added an application on my cms and received the consumer key & secret key.

Token should be passed to call the xibo API. However i don’t know how to generate the token to pass in API Call through consumer key & secret key in .NET.

Kindly suggest.
