Hosted xibo and XMR not working

I bought a Android DSDevice from the website with hosted Spring xibo
mydomain.signagecloud.net

Setup a menu for a shop, but its not auto updating.

I thought that with XMR it could update automatically ? but when i change some text nothing happens.

I let the menu run for a few hours because its very anyoing that the screen flashes after it reloads, client dosnt wat to see it reload or blink.

Do i need to setup things to get XMR wokring on hosted xibo ? is there a manual somewhere with the settings?

its only reloading if i close the app and on the dsplayer and start it up again

isnt it possible to change something realtime ?

Layout will ‘blink’ when it reloads, you can increase the layout duration so it does not happen too often (I’d also suggest not increasing it too much).

If you make changes to your layout then yes I’d expect them to be pushed via XMR to your player, assuming that you’re using 1.8 series player against 1.8 series CMS of course.

Since you’re hosting with Spring Signage, it could be a good idea to create a new support ticket preferably with the same email address you’re using in the Customer Portal.
