I do not understand the function of the column screenshot? What does it say? There is always a cross except I urge the screenshot manually.
It indicates if a screenshot has been requested but not returned.
So when you click “Request a screenshot”, it will change to a tick. When the screenshot has been returned to the CMS, it will go back to a cross.
