Forecast IO not working after upgrade from 1.7.1 to 1.7.4

After upgrading to 1.7.4 I noticed that Forecast IO no longer works.

When requesting the forecast within the settings I get the message “No data returned, please check error log.”

Upon checking the error log I found this error occurring over and over:

Personally I don’t understand this error so any help with fixing it would be great, thanks!

Your PHP configuration is wrong.

You need to specify the path to the ca certificates file you downloaded correctly.
