First Windows Client creates no Display Account

I have a little problem.

I have installed the Xibo Server und the Xibo Windows Client. I can connect the Client with the Server everything ist perfect… but i only get the start Display from the Xibo Client.
On the Server, there should be created a Display “Account” as long as i follow the manual.
But there is no Account.

I haven’t seen a topic like that one in sie Forum, so i created this one.
If there is a topic which explain my problem, I’m sorry, i was not able to find it.

Hi,

Could you provide us with screenshot of the player options when you click ‘Save’?
Also a list of Display Groups that already exist.

I can not give you a screenshot, because i am a new user.
Whren i push the save button, this text appears:

i have no Display groups.

Stating the obvious for a moment - that shouldn’t appear.

If you read through a few topics you will be able to post a screenshot - I suspect your CMS Address is not entered correctly - please make sure you do not have index.php at the end.

Okay, thank you very much. It was the index.php.

But just for me to understand…
What is the problem with the full link?

The address it’s asking for is the location of the Xibo CMS install.

If you add index.php on the end then that’s no longer the location of the installation and therefore it doesn’t work
