Export Xibo Windows 1.8.1 to new linux machine

Dear,

I have xibo 1.8.1 running on xamp on a Windows machine, now I want to export this to a new server with linux and keep al the data. Is this possible? and if it is how do I do that?

Thank you for your message. Here is a link to the Xibo installation guides, which you can use to help understand how to migrate your CMS. The method to use will depend on how you wish to set up your CMS on Linux. Personally I would recommend using Docker for your Linux server.

before attempting the migration, make sure that you have crated a backup of your database and library in case you encounter any issues and need to rollback the version or try again.
