Good evening XIBO kind developers, i hope you are doing well. Please have you thought about making the xibo watchdog shut down xibo and restart base a set time? Meaning that, the ads wont need to run after 10pm when the location is closed for the day and reopens at 9am next day…that will save a lot of bandwidth in situations where the screen location does not stay opened 24hrs. watchdog should able to kill xibo program and restart it at a given time of day…I understand it a lot of work…just my idea after i thought of turning off my ads at nights and start them back at 7am
Create a “black screen” Layout and schedule it as a priority between 10pm and 9am, repeating daily. The player will still run, but the ads won’t
