Errors on the client

Hello
in my case, Xibo Version 1.7.9 is running on a virtual server Debian GNU/Linux 8
The client is installed on a Windows 10 OS (Xibo 32 bits 1.7-rc 1)
I note frequent errors and the Client stops after working two hours.
In the logs I find :
What can I do to fix that problem?
Thank you

Could you tell us / shows what’s on the layout and if you have layout background image in what format is it please?

As for the requiredFiles.xml access issues, do you have one player Instance running on this PC? (You can check that in Windows Task Manager).
Alternatively some more “aggressive” anti-virus etc might be trying to access that file at the same time as the player. In any case that should not cause it to stop working.

Do you mean it crashes? isn’t responsive?
Would be good to catch status window information when that happens and also look at the Windows task manager for the resources usage at that point.

Thanks a lot for the quick response, and excuse my bad english, may be I will use the wrong words and be incomprehensible 5 regions : region 1 :region 2 : =1 webpage + 1 image region 3 texte, region 4 et 5 : images (.jpg) No, I think that it is the problem. Each time the error occurs, I find a lot of processes Xibo running (5 or 6) In some cases I found that TREND causes problems with applications or installations It stops working and I have to kill xibo processes to start it properly again I will try to send it to you next time

Right, that will be a problem, it definitely should not happen.

Assuming you have one Xibo player installed on that machine, then you would expect to see just the player and watchdog processes.

If you close all Xibo processes via Windows Task Manager, then start the player, does it still “crash” or are there multiple processes created or is it working fine?

after 5 minutes working, I find 3 processes XIBO on my client … If I close them and launch again the player it will work without crashing during 3 hours with multiple xibo processes Is it my layout that causes the problem? Thanks Marielle Renaud
