Error on Android Client Invalid path

Hi There,

I had to reset one of my devices and now encounter an Error,
In the status the error it shows:

Method: Memory Report. Message: Invalid Path : /Android/data/uk.org.xibo.client/files/.
We set “Use Public Storage” to show MP4 files properly.

Any Idea’s

It’s telling you there’s an issue with the storage location you’ve selected.

You may need to choose a different option from the list, or perhaps there is a fault with the device storage generally?

Based on your answer I checked the other devices. We don’t use the local Storage there and don’t seem to have problems.

If I do not choose the option Local Storage I get this error:
Cannot set the next layout from the schedule. Schedule invalid.
Default Layout failed, canrun Test.
That’s what made me choose the local Storage yesterday but.

This Default Layout runs fine on the other Display’s, Same setup.

So I am I am still puzzled

Just removed the mp4 from tha layout.
I then runs fine.

If I put back the video and then set the local Storage and select one of the Storage locations in the Storage settings.
I then get the same error again.

I think it was a Murphy thing.
The file must have been corrupted. After re-uploading the file it runs fine again.
