Before I was using a layout with an empty region. I gave some permissions to the users and they were adding logo or image. When their work finish they were deleting the image. Everyting was cool.
But users deleted layout mistakenly. I created a layout again. I put an empty region but now splash screen is coming after that flickering. It is not showing the layout. I know it is problem to have an empty region but before It was working.
Could you help me about this problem?
To be honest I’m not sure how was it working before.
Empty region = invalid layout
invalid layout = splash screen (or default layout, but I assume you’re editing your default layout)
I’m not convinced that this is good workflow, but if you want to continue it this way, perhaps just put some placeholder image / text in that region so it’s not totally empty.
Alternatively if your users were capable of deleting whole layout, they should be fine to create new region when they need it?

Actually and I don’t know how it was working. I run some systems with empty region. I don’t realise what is the difference. They are working in there but in this server it crashes. I am searching on it. If I find some important information I will write here.
Because I really need of this.
I put 1 text without anything only nbsp; code. And It worked fine! Only I can’t see the image ibb the preview. Only shows emptiness. I’ll search about others how they are working.
