Email notification setup help


I’m using xibo 1.8.9 and we have Spring Signage Cloud account. I read the instructions at Xibo CMS Post-Installation Setup Guide and Notification Centre shows the alert but we are not receiving email notifications. Would you help us set it up?


Could you open a new support ticket with Spring Signage support please?
Preferably with the same email address as the one you have registered in our Customer Portal.

We will then look at your CMS Instance and investigate further.
