Hi yarivzip. The DSCS9 does support ethernet. If you are unable to set up an ethernet connection please can you try factory resetting your device. This guide explains how to do that.
If the issue persists after a reset please open a ticket here. Make sure to select the Hardware Support DSCS9
option on the form to ensure your query is sent to the correct department and also confirm the result of the reset in that ticket.
