I have a DSCS9 device and after a reboot I am required to connect a mouse and keyboard to connect to the CMS again. Is there a setting I need to set to avoid this?

Are you giving the Player enough time to auto start? What happens after you reboot so that you connect a mouse and keyboard?

I have since been in touch with the support team whom pointed out that I should not set Xibo as the default launcher as the device requires time to connect to the network. The Xibo app is designed to startup after a delay.
