My team and I are looking into using Xibo for our CMS but would like to run small testing run with one display. We already created our own Xibo CMS instance but I wanted to know if I have to buy a display license to just test out one display?
No you don’t need a license to test.
Xibo for Windows and Linux are both free to use, so you can download those and run without a license long term.
The commercial Players (Android, webOS and Tizen) all have a built-in 14 day free trial. Once the trial expires, you’ll need a license to continue using those.
