I’m having an issue with my test display losing connection to the server. When I look at the display logs on the client, the only error messages I am seeing are as follows:
“Exception in Run: This Display Client is not Licensed.”
I’m a little confused… I thought the Xibo windows player was free?
The message you’re receiving sounds like it is referring to the Player not being Authorised in your CMS.
Log into your CMS and select the Displays option. If there is not a Tick in the Authorised column, you will need to click the down facing triangle at the end of the Display entry and choose Authorise from the menu.
If the Display is Authorised already please let me know.
