Disabling DSCS9 USB ports

Hi,

I’m trying to disable USB ports on the DSCS9 to prevent poeple from plugging stuffs in, as the player will be in a public area.

I’ve tried this solution https://www.systemcamp.com/android-disable-usb-device-port/
but it doesn’t work because all the /system partition is in read only. I also tried remounting the partition as RW but it still didn’t work…

Do you have any other solutions to disable USB ports ?

If that command works to disable the USB ports, then you could put the script somewhere other than /system and then have Xibo run the script periodically as a Command. That might work.
