Dataset -realtime not working

I want to integrate a dataset that is connected to an API. When the API returns new data, the layout does not update in real time—it takes more than 40 minutes to refresh

What do I need to configure to have real-time updates?

I’m experiencing the same issue with the APIs; they take between 30 and 40 minutes to update. V.4.4.0; Windows player. Thanks!

windows player does not work with real time data :(. Android player works real time.
